I am very happy with my progression in school over the past years. I went to Regina Mundi Catholic School for both years of kindergarten and grades 1 through 8. I really enjoyed it there. It is a relatively small school with fewer students than most, so everyone was pretty close to each other, practically forcing us all to be friends. Although it was not the most local school, I do think it was a good idea for me to go to school there instead of a closer one like St. Fidelis. The main reason I went to that school instead of any other school was because of my mothers influence as she lived next to there as a child. Again, I am grateful that it turned out the way that it did.
I decided to come to Chaminade College School for the start of high school, and hopefully I can stay here until the end. My grades are at an all time best and so is my social life. So far, it has been a great experience, especially compared to what I thought it would be like. The teachers in my old school made high school sound like it would be like boot camp, and they even managed to convince me that I would barely be passing my classes. One year later, I am averaging a better grade than I did in elementary school, and overall thriving in all of my classes. With a combination of hard work and others helping me, I believe that I can achieve anything that I want to. Hopefully I will be able to say that in the future when I am in university.
